§62.15050. What must I include in the notifications of achievement of my increments of progress?

40 C.F.R. § 62.15050

Your notification of achievement of increments of progress must include three items:

(a)

Notification that the increment of progress has been achieved.

(b)

Any items required to be submitted with the increment of progress (§§ 62.15065 through 62.15085).

(c)

The notification must be signed by the owner or operator of the municipal waste combustion unit.
