§62.14645. What happens during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction?
40 C.F.R. § 62.14645
The emission limitations and operating limits apply at all times except during periods of CISWI unit startup, shutdown, or malfunction as defined in § 62.14840.
Each malfunction must last no longer than 3 hours.
