§62.14545. What must I include in each notification of achievement of an increment of progress?

40 C.F.R. § 62.14545

Your notification of achievement of an increment of progress must include the four items specified in paragraphs (a) through (d) of this section.

(a)

Notification of the date that the increment of progress has been achieved.

(b)

Any items required to be submitted with each increment of progress.

(c)

Signature of the owner or operator of the CISWI unit.

(d)

The date you were required to complete the increment of progress.
