§62.14425. When must I review the documentation?
40 C.F.R. § 62.14425
You must establish a program for reviewing the information listed in § 62.14424 annually with each HMIWI operator (defined in § 62.14490).
You must conduct your initial review of the information listed in § 62.14424 by [date 6 months after publication of final rule], or prior to assumption of responsibilities affecting HMIWI operation, whichever is later.
You must conduct subsequent reviews of the information listed in § 62.14424 annually.
