§61.41. Definitions.
40 C.F.R. § 61.41
Terms used in this subpart are defined in the Act, in subpart A of this part, or in this section as follows:
Rocket motor test site means any building, structure, facility, or installation where the static test firing of a beryllium rocket motor and/or the disposal of beryllium propellant is conducted.
Beryllium propellant means any propellant incorporating beryllium.
