§61.160. Applicability and designation of source.
40 C.F.R. § 61.160
The source to which this subpart applies is each glass melting furnace that uses commercial arsenic as a raw material. This subpart does not apply to pot furnaces.
Rebricking is not considered construction or modification for the purposes of § 61.05(a).
