§61.137. Test methods and procedures.

Each owner or operator subject to the provisions of this subpart shall comply with the requirements in § 61.245 of 40 CFR part 61, subpart V.

To determine whether or not a piece of equipment is in benzene service, the methods in § 61.245(d) shall be used, except that, for exhausters, the percent benzene shall be 1 percent by weight, rather than the 10 percent by weight described in § 61.245(d).
