§600.316-08. Multistage manufacture.
40 C.F.R. § 600.316-08
Where more than one person is the manufacturer of a vehicle, the final stage manufacturer (as defined in 49 CFR 529.3) is treated as the vehicle manufacturer for purposes of compliance with this subpart.
