§60.6055. What reports must I submit before I submit my notice of construction?
40 C.F.R. § 60.6055
You must submit all the following five items on or before the date that the application for a construction permit is submitted under 40 CFR part 51, subpart I, or 40 CFR part 52, as applicable:
Your preliminary draft materials separation plan, as specified in § 60.5745.
Your revised materials separation plan, as specified in § 60.5765(c).
Your notice of the initial public meeting for your draft materials separation plan, as specified in § 60.5750(b).
A transcript of the initial public meeting, as specified in § 60.5760(f).
A copy of the document that summarizes your responses to the public comments you received during the initial public comment period, as specified in § 60.5765(a).
