§60.6030. What records must I keep for the materials separation plan and siting analysis?
40 C.F.R. § 60.6030
You must keep records of all the following five items:
The date of each record.
The final materials separation plan.
The final siting analysis.
A record of the location and date of the public meetings.
Your responses to the public comments received during the public comment periods for the materials separation plan and siting analysis.
