§60.5900. What happens to the emission limits during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5900
The emission limits of this subpart apply at all times including periods of warmup, startup, shutdown, and malfunction. The provisions applicable to periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction of § 60.11(c) of subpart A of this part do not apply.
