§60.5830. How do I submit my siting analysis?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5830
As specified under “Reporting” (§ 60.6060), submit all four of the following items as part of the notice of construction:
Your final siting analysis.
Your notice of the public meeting on your siting analysis.
A transcript of the public meeting on your siting analysis.
The document that summarizes your responses to the public comments you received during the public comment period.
