§60.5805. What must I include in my siting analysis?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5805
Include an analysis of how your municipal waste combustor affects the following four areas—
Ambient air quality.
Visibility.
Soils.
Vegetation.
Include an analysis of air pollution control alternatives that minimize, on a site-specific basis, the potential risks to the public health and the environment to the maximum extent practicable.
