§60.5790. Who must submit a siting analysis?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5790
You must prepare a siting analysis if you commence construction of a large municipal waste combustor after January 23, 2024.
You must prepare a siting analysis if you are required to submit an initial application for a construction permit, under 40 CFR part 51, subpart I, or 40 CFR part 52, as applicable, for the reconstruction or modification of your municipal waste combustor.
