§60.5785b. What are the timing requirements for submitting my State plan?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5785b
You must submit a State plan or a negative declaration letter with the information required under § 60.5740b by May 11, 2026.
You must submit all information required under paragraph (a) of this section according to the electronic reporting requirements in § 60.5875b.
