§60.5730. Who must submit a materials separation plan?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5730
You must prepare a materials separation plan for your municipal waste combustor if you commence construction of a new large municipal waste combustor after January 23, 2024.
You must prepare a materials separation plan if you are required to submit an initial application for a construction permit, under 40 CFR part 51, subpart I, or part 52, as applicable, for the reconstruction or modification of your municipal waste combustor.
