§60.5690. Does this subpart apply to my municipal waste combustor?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5690
Yes, if your municipal waste combustor meets both of the following criteria:
Your municipal waste combustor is a new municipal waste combustor.
Your municipal waste combustor has the capacity to combust greater than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste.
