§60.5371c. What requirements apply to revisions to my state or Tribal plan?
40 C.F.R. § 60.5371c
Any significant revision to a state or Tribal plan shall be adopted and submitted as specified in § 60.28a.
A revision of a plan, or any portion thereof, shall not be considered part of an applicable plan until approved by the Administrator in accordance with this subpart and subpart Ba of this part.
