§60.3017. How do I maintain my operator qualification?
40 C.F.R. § 60.3017
To maintain qualification, you must complete an annual review or refresher course covering, at a minimum, the five topics described in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section.
Update of regulations.
Incinerator operation, including startup and shutdown procedures, waste charging, and ash handling.
Inspection and maintenance.
Prevention and correction of malfunctions or conditions that may lead to malfunction.
Discussion of operating problems encountered by attendees.
