§60.29a. Plan revisions by the Administrator.
40 C.F.R. § 60.29a
After notice and opportunity for public hearing in each affected State, and meaningful engagement for any significant revision, the Administrator may revise any provision of an applicable Federal plan if:
The provision was promulgated by the Administrator; and
The plan, as revised, will be consistent with the Act and with the requirements of this subpart.
