§60.2655. How do I renew my lapsed operator qualification?

40 C.F.R. § 60.2655

You must renew a lapsed operator qualification by one of the two methods specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section:

(a)

For a lapse of less than 3 years, you must complete a standard annual refresher course described in § 60.2650; and

(b)

For a lapse of 3 years or more, you must repeat the initial qualification requirements in § 60.2645(a).
