§60.2542. What authorities will not be delegated to state, local, or tribal agencies?

40 C.F.R. § 60.2542

The authorities that will not be delegated to state, local, or tribal agencies are specified in paragraphs (a) through (i) of this section:

(a)

Approval of alternatives to the emission limitations in tables 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of this subpart and operating limits established under § 60.2675;

(b)

Approval of major alternatives to test methods;

(c)

Approval of major alternatives to monitoring;

(d)

Approval of major alternatives to recordkeeping and reporting;

(e)

The requirements in § 60.2680;

(f)

The requirements in § 60.2665(b)(2);

(g)

Approval of alternative opacity emission limits in § 60.2670 under § 60.11(e)(6) through (8);

(h)

Performance test and data reduction waivers under § 60.8(b)(4) and (5); and

(i)

Approval of an alternative to any electronic reporting to the EPA required by this subpart.
