§60.2075. When must the operator training course be completed?

40 C.F.R. § 60.2075

The operator training course must be completed by the later of the three dates specified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section:

(a)

Six months after your CISWI startup;

(b)

December 3, 2001; and

(c)

The date before an employee assumes responsibility for operating the CISWI or assumes responsibility for supervising the operation of the CISWI.
