40 C.F.R. § 60.1340

You must keep five types of records:

(a)

Materials separation plan and siting analysis.

(b)

Operator training and certification.

(c)

Stack tests.

(d)

Continuously monitored pollutants and parameters.

(e)

Carbon feed rate.
