§59.627. How do I demonstrate that my emission family complies with evaporative emission standards?

40 C.F.R. § 59.627

(a)
For purposes of certification, your emission family is considered in compliance with an evaporative emission standard in § 59.611(a) if the test results from all portable fuel containers in the family that have been tested show measured emissions levels that are at or below the applicable standard.
(b)
Your emissions family is deemed not to comply if any container representing that family has test results showing an official emission level above the standard.
(c)
Round the measured emission level to the same number of decimal places as the emission standard. Compare the rounded emission levels to the emission standard.
