§58.20. Special purpose monitors (SPM). — Inbound Citations

(9) On February 21, 1980 the Governor submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring, 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20.

(21) A plan revision to meet the requirements of 40 CFR 58.20, dealing with statewide air quality monitoring and data reporting, was submitted by the Governor on June 19, 1981.

(11) On January 25, 1980, the Governor submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20, and Public Notification required under section 127 of the Clean Air Act.

(7) On January 21, 1980, the Governor submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20, and Public Notification required under section 127 of the Clean Air Act.

(7) On November 5, 1979, the Governor submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring, 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20.

(17) On March 4, 1980, the Governor submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20.

(18) On February 14, 1980 the State of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20.

(8) On January 18, 1980, the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation submitted a plan revision to meet the requirements of Air Quality Monitoring, 40 CFR part 58, subpart C, § 58.20, as follows:

(2) HOVIC shall maintain SO2 ambient monitors and collect ambient SO2 concentration data for the purpose of implementing the ICS at nearby locations approved by EPA and specified in the PSD permit. The ambient monitors must follow the required EPA QA/QC operating specifications. At a minimum, the data will be collected according to EPA approved State and Local Ambient Monitoring Stations procedures found at 40 CFR 58.20, but will, for these purposes, be averaged by the hour, starting on the hour.

(113) The Commonwealth of Massachusetts will modify its SLAMS and its NAMS monitoring systems to include a PAMS network design and establish monitoring sites. The Commonwealth's SIP revision satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f) PAMS requirements.

(46) The State of Rhode Island will modify its SLAMS and its NAMS monitoring systems to include a PAMS network design and establish monitoring sites. The State's SIP revision satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f) PAMS requirements.

(f) The Administrator approves the incorporation of the photochemical assessment ambient monitoring system submitted by Wisconsin on November 15, 1993, into the Wisconsin State Implementation Plan. This submittal satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f) which requires the State to provide for the establishment and maintenance of photochemical assessment monitoring stations (PAMS).

(74) Connecticut will modify its SLAMS and its NAMS monitoring systems to include a PAMS network design and establish monitoring sites. Connecticut's SIP revision satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f) PAMS requirements.

(a) The Administrator approves the incorporation of the photochemical assessment ambient monitoring system submitted by Georgia on November 8, 1993, into the Georgia State Implementation Plan. This submittal satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f) which requires the State to provide for the establishment and maintenance of photochemical assessment monitoring stations (PAMS).

(g) The Administrator approves the incorporation of the photochemical assessment ambient monitoring system submitted by Illinois on November 4, 1993, into the Illinois State Implementation Plan. This submittal satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f) which requires the State to provide for the establishment and maintenance of photochemical assessment monitoring stations (PAMS) by November 12, 1993.

(e) The Administrator approves the incorporation of the photochemical assessment ambient monitoring system submitted by Indiana on November 15, 1993, into the Indiana State Implementation Plan. This submittal satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f), which requires the State to provide for the establishment and maintenance of photochemical assessment monitoring stations (PAMS) by November 12, 1993.

(a) The Governor of the State of Louisiana submitted the photochemical assessment monitoring stations (PAMS) State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for the Baton Rouge ozone nonattainment area on September 10, 1993. This SIP submittal satisfies 40 CFR 58.20(f), which requires the State to provide for the establishment and maintenance of PAMS.
