§57.801. Purpose and scope.

This subpart shall govern all proceedings for the waiver of the interim requirement that each NSO provide for the use of constant controls.

In the absence of specific provisions in this subpart, and where appropriate, questions arising at any stage of the proceeding shall be resolved at the discretion of the Presiding Officer or the Administrator, as appropriate.
