§52.2726. Legal authority.
40 C.F.R. § 52.2726
The requirements of § 51.230(f) of this chapter are not met, since Article 17 of Puerto Rico Act 9 could, in some circumstances, prohibit the disclosure of emission data to the public. Therefore, Article 17 is disapproved.
