(f) X and SO2. (1) The deficiencies associated with NOX identified in EPA's limited disapproval of the regional haze plan submitted by Texas on March 31, 2009, and EPA's disapprovals in paragraph (d) of this section, are satisfied by § 52.2283(d).

(2) The deficiencies associated with SO2 identified in EPA's limited disapproval of the regional haze plan submitted by Texas on March 31, 2009, and EPA's disapprovals in paragraph (d of this section), are satisfied by § 52.2312.
