With the exceptions set forth in this subpart, the Administrator approves Oklahoma's State Implementation Plan under section 110 of the Clean Air Act for the attainment and maintenance of the national standards.
The EPA is disapproving the following severable portions of the February 6, 2012, Oklahoma SIP submittal:
Revisions establishing Minor New Source Review Greenhouse Gas (GHG) permitting requirements at OAC 252:100-7-2.1 as submitted on February 6, 2012.

The portion of the SIP submittal from October 25, 2018, addressing Clean Air Act section 110(a)(2)(D)(i)(I) for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) is disapproved.
