§51.327. Enforcement orders and other State actions.
40 C.F.R. § 51.327
Any State enforcement order, including any State court order, must be submitted to the Administrator within 60 days of its issuance or adoption by the State.
A State enforcement order or other State action must be submitted as a revision to the applicable implementation plan pursuant to § 51.104 and approved by the Administrator in order to be considered a revision to such plan.
