§51.260. Legally enforceable compliance schedules.
40 C.F.R. § 51.260
Each plan shall contain legally enforceable compliance schedules setting forth the dates by which all stationary and mobile sources or categories of such sources must be in compliance with any applicable requirement of the plan.
The compliance schedules must contain increments of progress required by § 51.262 of this subpart.
