§51.111. Description of control measures.
40 C.F.R. § 51.111
Each plan must set forth a control strategy which includes the following:
A description of enforcement methods including, but not limited to—
Procedures for monitoring compliance with each of the selected control measures,
Procedures for handling violations, and
A designation of agency responsibility for enforcement of implementation.
