§471.83. New source performance standards (NSPS).

Any new source subject to this subpart must achieve the following new source performance standards (NSPS):
Rolling spent neat oils—subpart H—NSPS. There shall be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.
Rolling spent emulsions.
Rolling contact cooling water.
Drawing spent emulsions.
Direct chill casting contact cooling water.
Stationary casting contact cooling water—subpart H—NSPS. There shall be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.
Heat treatment contact cooling water.
Surface treatment spent baths.
Surface treatment rinse.
Alkaline cleaning spent baths.
Alkaline cleaning rinse.
Sawing or grinding spent emulsions.
Electrocoating rinse.
Degreasing spent solvents—subpart H—NSPS. There shall be no discharge of process wastewater pollutants.
