§468.14. Pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES).
40 C.F.R. § 468.14
Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7 and 403.13, any existing source subject to this subpart which introduces pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works must comply with 40 CFR part 403 and achieve the following pretreatment standards for existing sources:
Subpart A— Hot Rolling Spent Lubricant PSES.
Subpart A— Cold Rolling Spent Lubricant PSES.
Subpart A— Drawing Spent Lubricant PSES.
Subpart A— Solution Heat Treatment PSES.
Subpart A— Extrusion Heat Treatment PSES.
Subpart A— Annealing with Water PSES.
Subpart A— Annealing With Oil PSES.
Subpart A— Alkaline Cleaning Rinse PSES.
Subpart A— Alkaline Cleaning Rinse for Forged Parts PSES.
Subpart A— Alkaline Cleaning Bath PSES.
Subpart A— Pickling Rinse PSES.
Subpart A— Pickling Rinse for Forged Parts PSES.
Subpart A— Pickling Bath PSES.
Subpart A— Pickling Fume Scrubber PSES
Subpart A— Tumbling or Burnishing PSES.
Subpart A— Surface Coating PSES.
Subpart A— Miscellaneous Waste Streams PSES.
