§461.13. New source performance standards (NSPS).
40 C.F.R. § 461.13
The discharge of wastewater pollutants from any new source subject to this subpart shall not exceed the standards set forth below:
Subpart A— Electrodeposited Anodes—NSPS.
Subpart A— Impregnated Anodes—NSPS.
Subpart A— Nickel Electrodeposited Cathodes—NSPS.
Subpart A— Nickel Impregnated Cathodes—NSPS.
Subpart A— Miscellaneous Wastewater Streams—NSPS.
Subpart A— Cadmium Powder Production—NSPS.
Subpart A— Silver Powder Production—NSPS.
Subpart A— Cadmium Hydroxide Production—NSPS.
Subpart A— Nickel Hydroxide Production—NSPS.
There shall be no discharge allowance for process wastewater pollutants from any battery manufacturing operation other than those battery manufacturing operations listed above.
