§437.42. Effluent limitations attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT). — Inbound Citations

(1) As provided in § 437.42(a), any existing point source subject to this paragraph must achieve the following effluent limitations representing the application of BPT:

(b) Limitations for BOD5, O&G, pH, and TSS are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 437.42(b).

(1) Limitations for the following parameters are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 437.42(b)(1):

(2) The in-plant limitations that apply to metal-bearing wastewater containing cyanide are the same as the corresponding limitations specified in § 437.42(b)(2).

(c) Limitations for O&G, pH, and TSS are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 437.42(c).

(1) Limitations for the following parameters are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 437.42(c)(1):

(2) The in-plant limitations that apply to metal-bearing wastewater containing cyanide are the same as the corresponding limitations specified in § 437.42(c)(2).

(d) Limitations for BOD5, O&G, pH, and TSS are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 437.42(d).
