§421.324. Standards of performance for new sources.
40 C.F.R. § 421.324
Any new source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following new source performance standards:
Refinery sump filtrate.
Slag leach reslurry.
Solvent extraction raffinate filtrate.
Digestion wet air pollution control.
Evaporation and denitration wet air pollution control
Hydrofluorination alkaline scrubber.
Hydrofluorination water scrubber.
Magnesium reduction and casting floor wash.
Laundry wastewater.
