§421.314. Standards of performance for new sources.
40 C.F.R. § 421.314
Any new source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following new source performance standards:
Tungsten detergent wash and rinse.
Tungsten leaching acid.
Tungsten post-leaching wash and rinse.
Synthetic scheelite filtrate.
Tungsten carbide leaching wet air pollution control.
Tungsten carbide wash water.
Cobalt sludge leaching wet air pollution control.
Crystallization decant.
Acid wash decant.
Cobalt hydroxide filtrate.
Cobalt hydroxide filter cake wash.
