§421.261. Specialized definitions.
40 C.F.R. § 421.261
For the purpose of this subpart:
Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations, and methods of analysis set forth in 40 CFR part 401 shall apply to this subpart.
The term precious metals shall mean gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, osmium, and ruthenium.
The term Combined Metals, shall mean the total of gold, platinum and palladium.
