§421.224. Standards of performance for new sources.
40 C.F.R. § 421.224
Any new source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following new source performance standards:
Leach tailings.
Molybdenum filtrate solvent extraction raffinate.
Vanadium decomposition wet air pollution control.
Molybdenum drying wet air pollution control.
Pure Grade Molybdenum.
