§415.365. New source performance standards (NSPS).
40 C.F.R. § 415.365
Any new source subject to this subpart and producing copper sulfate, copper chloride, copper iodide, or copper nitrate must achieve the following new source performance standards (NSPS): The limitations for pH, TSS, copper (T), nickel (T), and selenium (T), are the same as specified in § 415.362(a).
Any new source subject to this subpart and producing copper carbonate must achieve the following new source performance standards (NSPS): The limitations for pH, TSS, copper (T), nickel (T), and selenium (T) are the same as specified in § 415.362(b).
