§410.12. Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT).

40 C.F.R. § 410.12

(a)
Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT):
(b)
Additional allocations equal to the effluent limitations established in paragraph (a) of this section are allowed any existing point source subject to such effluent limitations that scours wool through “commission scouring” as defined in § 410.11.
