§355.43. When must I submit the information?
40 C.F.R. § 355.43
You must provide the required emergency release notification information described under § 355.40(a), immediately.
You must provide the written follow-up emergency notice (or notices, as more information becomes available) described under § 355.40(b), as soon as practicable after the release.
