§35.670. Purpose.

Purpose of section. Sections 35. 670 through 35.678 govern public water system supervision grants to Tribes and Intertribal Consortia authorized under sections 1443(a) and 1451 of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
Purpose of program. Public water system supervision grants are awarded to carry out public water system supervision programs including implementation and enforcement of the requirements of the Act that apply to public water systems.
Associated program regulations. Associated program regulations are found in 40 CFR parts 141, 142, and 143.
