§35.2114. Value engineering.
40 C.F.R. § 35.2114
If the project has not received Step 2 grant assistance the applicant shall conduct value engineering if the total estimated cost of building the treatment works is more than $10 million.
The value engineering recommendations shall be implemented to the maximum extent feasible.
