§35.2102. Water quality management planning.
40 C.F.R. § 35.2102
Before grant assistance can be awarded for any treatment works project, the Regional Administrator shall first determine that the project is:
Included in any water quality management plan being implemented for the area under section 208 of the Act or will be included in any water quality management plan that is being developed for the area and reasonable progress is being made toward the implementation of that plan; and
In conformity with any plan or report implemented or being developed by the State under sections 303(e) and 305(b) of the Act.
