§264.572. Design and installation of new drip pads.
40 C.F.R. § 264.572
Owners and operators of new drip pads must ensure that the pads are designed, installed, and operated in accordance with one of the following:
all of the requirements of §§ 264.573 (except 264.573(a)(4)), 264.574 and 264.575 of this subpart, or
all of the requirements of §§ 264.573 (except § 264.573(b)), 264.574 and 264.575 of this subpart.
