§240.209-2. Recommended procedures: Design.

(a)

Attention should be given to the safety of operators and vehicles through the provision of safety devices.

(b)

Fire control equipment should be provided.

(c)

Methods and/or equipment for removal of an injured person from the storage pit should be available.
