§194.3. Communications.
40 C.F.R. § 194.3
Compliance application(s) shall be:
Addressed to the Administrator; and
Signed by the Secretary.
Communications and reports concerning the criteria in this part shall be:
Addressed to the Administrator or the Administrator's authorized representative; and
Signed by the Secretary or the Secretary's authorized representative.
